Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (contact details as per Imprint) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Special notice: Loss of right of withdrawal upon immediate performance
In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the trader has fully performed the service and only began performance after you had given your explicit consent and simultaneously confirmed your knowledge that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance by the trader.
We hereby expressly inform you that when selecting a paid subscription, service begins immediately and your right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of service, provided you have consented to immediate performance during the checkout process.
This corresponds to § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Cancelling active subscriptions
Note: Withdrawal refers to the original conclusion of contract. You can cancel active subscriptions at any time via the Stripe customer portal, reachable from your profile page.
After cancellation, your applications remain active until the end of the already paid period. No refund is issued for billing periods already started, unless you withdraw from the contract within the 14-day withdrawal period.
