Who's behind this CV check
Hey, I'm Lena.
I dropped out of two university programs, for years I didn't dare to leave "unconventional" on a CV — and still ended up in roles that really fit me. Today I know: my breaks weren't the problem. The problem was that no one had shown me how to present them.
That's exactly why I built Unconventional CV. For people with gaps, detours, a search for meaning, and a gut feeling that says: "I am more than what's on this paper."
I don't read this CV check like an ATS. I read it like a human who has accompanied over 150 CVs — and knows where the thread usually gets lost.
