In a world where AI and technology take over more and more and treat people like products, we consciously stand against it. We find it terrible when people are reduced to mere assets. Yes, a person is valuable – but they are also a human being who wants to be seen. We use technology to make hiring more human, not more technical. Brave, risky – but that is exactly what we do.
A mission for the next system
We use technology to make people more visible – not less. At a time when AI abstracts applications further and further, we believe the interface of the future has to make personality, values, and contribution legible. Not against recruiting. For better recruiting.
